This spacious 4 bed/4.5 bath sleeps 10 adults + a few kids. There are 3 levels to the house that are accessible and available to all guests.

The creek and firepit right off the large deck provide space for you to disconnect from everyday life. The home is surrounded by trees and a flowing creek. It sits within a private gated community so there are 2 other homes that are visible from the house.
Walk up the short path and cross the creek to explore the 40 acres of woods that back up to US National Forest. You can enjoy the creek from the house, from the deck, from the backyard and from the hiking area.
The patio on the main level extends the entire width of the house and has chairs for your additional comfort. Enjoy cooking with the propane BBQ grill. The patio on the top level is attached to the en-suite bedroom and has great visibility to the forest, creek and nighttime stars.
Relax at night by the creekside firepit and indulge in the salt water hot tub.
You have access to the entire house.
I (Damien) am available anytime via phone call and text messaging. The local property manager (Daniel) can also be contacted anytime via phone call and text messaging, and is able to come by should the need arise for assistance with just about anything. Phone numbers are located in the 2 guidebooks and in the check-in email.

Yes, the house is entirely yours to enjoy during your stay as well as access to our 40 acres of land that's adjacent to the US Forest Service. There are no shared spaces with other guests. Creekside Waterview is located within Diamond Falls Estates, which is a gated community in Franklin, North Carolina.
Yes, Door Dash is available for meal delivery service to Creekside Waterview in Franklin, NC. If you'd like to skip the grocery run on arrival day, Ingles Supermarket offers online ordering. We're happy to pick up your order and bring it to the house (small service fee applies). Just message us ahead of time to set it up.
You don't need 4-wheel drive to reach Creekside Waterview. There is a gravel road that leads to the house with a small incline, but any regular car can make it just fine. We've got parking for 3 vehicles and a bunch of motorcycles. You'll find all the detailed parking info in your welcome guidebook once you book. Contact us with questions.
We do not have EV chargers at the house but there are a handful of charging locations within 15 - 20 minutes. You may also plug-in your vehicle to an outdoor outlet at the house.

August 04, 2025This was an amazing place to stay!! The home was private and the setting was serene. In a market where many young people are buying homes, filling them with crap from Target and Walmart and portraying them as "luxury", this was the real thing!! The furnishings were beautiful and the decorations were very nice. We've stayed at over 30 airbnbs, and this place set a new standard for us. I would love to stay again.

July 14, 2025My family and I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in North Carolina. The location near the creek was peaceful and serene—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We spent so much time on the deck just enjoying the wonderful sound of the water. The house was spotless and well cared for, with everything we needed. Even lots of useful baby items (high chair, baby bath seat, baby spoons, etc…) that was a huge plus for us with a 7 month old. The host was kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Check in was super easy and host was very informative on how to get there, how to get in, and things to do near by. Highly recommend!

June 29, 2025We stayed with Damien last year at his Creekside Hideout property and were caught by Hurricane Helene on the last day of our trip (also an amazing property). I cannot say enough about Damien and his response to questions or concerns. He truly wants you to relax and enjoy your vacation. I mentioned having a Keurig coffee maker and magnifying mirror in my last review, and they were both there for me on this visit. I was just blown away. This place is very private. Total seclusion. When you are at the house connected to Starlink the reception is perfect. However, any cell service other than Verizon, may struggle until you get closer to town. I anticipated this, and saved offline maps to the locations we needed to see. It is an incredibly beautiful property. I will definitely return. The creek was beautiful. It has multiple waterfalls. The roar of the water might compete with the sounds of forest animals so be attentive to pets and children. A Thermacell kept the bugs away.

March 10, 2025There is so much I can say about this Airbnb, but I will keep it short and sweet like our one night last minute stay was. I booked the place last minute with a few of my friends and all of our kids. We grew up together and it is extremely hard for all of us to get together much less with all of our children. We felt so welcome in the home and they really put a lot of effort in into making the place accommodating as well as beautiful. The outdoor scenery and the sound of the water flowing is unmatched. The house were extremely communicative and ever so kind. We will definitely be back and recommend this spot to anyone we know coming into town.

July 07, 2024WOW, another amazing week away !!! my 2nd stay at a 2nd location with the same host, Damian Rosen … my experience was everything listed and even more immersive in the experience by the guide books written by and provided by our host. Damian wanted our stay to be the best stay for us … this home sits on a creek up a winding drive with great views and sounds of water and wildlife, even found some delicious wild berry plants … the house is super clean, great layout for our group, balcony off every level, well lite and safe at night… if every host was as conscious, i’d use airb&b even more .. i look forward to my next stay at a Damian hosted home …

Although we were not in town for a vacation Damien’s home sure made us feel like we were on one. While at the home we felt at peace in nature and could really shut our self off for a little while and that was exactly what we needed. Having lived in Franklin for 10yrs I can tell you with certainty if you’re looking for a mountain experience or to experience what Franklin is all about Damien’s home is the perfect home to have that experience! June 05, 2024I was blown away by this mountain retreat by the water. Nothing’s more relaxing than waking up in a comfy bed next to a rushing creek and the soft light of a serene forest. This beautiful home is clean and spacious with all the details thought through. The internet was reliable and speedy enough for remote work and the kitchen was ready for big family meals. After a long day hiking the hot tub was soothing. Damien communicated well and made the stay a breeze - he’s clearly an experienced host. I can’t wait to go back.
